My Pledge to You

I will bring all the various elements of your event together in a seamless and co-ordinated way that adds a touch of class and gravitas to your special day. As importantly, the manner in which I do this is friendly and convivial making you and your guests feeling relaxed and at ease to enjoy the festivities.

I will always endeavour to identify any issues that may arise and resolve them without fuss so the function continues without delay enabling you to relax and enjoy the function, in the knowledge that I am there to keep things running like clockwork.

Event Preparation

I will work closely with you and the venue to create a Schedule of Events during the weeks and months ahead of the event day.

This will ensure I capture your exact wishes on how you see the day unfolding. I will also endeavour to have a face to face meeting with you, preferably at the venue, so we can walk through your function in detail.

During the Event

I will arrive at the venue well in advance of the start time to make sure the plans are all coming together then liaise with venue staff and others to ensure there are no issues of concern.

I will greet you and your guests, make important announcements, introduce key speakers, ensure protocols and etiquette are followed and be on hand to support you throughout the function.

Post Event

As a professional, I am always keen to seek feedback to improve my performance, so after the event I will ask you for any comments or observations striving to be even better in the role of Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies.

If your event is a repeat occurrence then I will offer my feedback and work with you on potential ways to further improve your event.
